2. Due date: before 15/7/2012
The date stamp by the post office will serve as verification the application was submitted before the due date if sent through the post.
3. Document sending method: Directly to the Vietnam Economic Times’s offices or through the post office.
4. Valid documents :
a) Listing fully requested information in the Form.
b) Noterised copy of the enterprise’s Business Registration documents.
c) Copies of papers to prove the correctness of information provided in the Form:
- Auditing/ tax reports in 2012.
- Evaluation on Environment Impacts provided by the City/ provincial Department
of Science and Technology.
- Quality Standard Registration.
- Intelligence property registration.
- Certificates for Quality Management, Food Hygiene and Safety, CSR, or others.
- Certificates, medals, and Certificates of Merit for social activities.
- Sent before due date.
- Have the confirmation and stamp from the enterprise’s representative.
- The enterprise completes the form and encloses brochure and catalogue to introduce enterprise and/or products.
- The enterprises are expected to have a short introduction/ writing about itself with a minimum of 200 words.
5. Document’s Confidence:
The Board of Organisation will use information provided in the Form to select the winner. All these information is considered as confidential.
